I would also like to know…
BTW- I have searched for ARP http://www.newathlete.net/injuries.html at my level of understanding (very low for this technique) It reminds me of a technique I have experienced here in canada “Matrix Repatterning” http://www.matrixrepatterning.com/practitioners/Pr_video.htm . I only talk about scanning protocol. They differ in that matrix search for primary structural vs CNS problems for ARP.
This method may seem “unscientific” at first for the vast majority, but I would say without any hesitation that this Is the best treatment I have ever had in my entire life.
This would be my rating by method:
1-Matrix repatterning (1 therapist who was a chiro also) fast and with no pain, very surprising method, with chiro, she was frustrated of always seen all her patient come back for other treatments and never actually healed 100%. Then she started Matrix, and after 2-3 treatments, patient leave pain free etc. They never have to come back except when there was other traumatic shocks.
2-Osteopathy (2 therapist) More soft than chiro and more precise
3-Self Trigger points + MET require much work+may produce inflammation, but works great
4-Applied kinesiology (4 therapist) Can do It for some, they always do the same things
5-Chiropractic (4 chiro) cric crac croc, 2-3 triggers…bye bye…see you in two days
6-Massage (4 therapist) the vast majority do almost nothing
7-Physio (4 therapist also) thank God It was free treatment…
I also understand that results may vary greatly with each problems and with each therapist, I only can bring my limited experience here.
