diffence between a glute ham raise and a reacitve one

now i kno this sounds like a stupid question but is like a reactive one done very fast without weight and then a regular one done with weight like i i wanted to do them intead of using a 30lb plate for 4x8 on the ghr apparauts should i do the same thing but use no weight so i am alot more explosive.

A reactive GHR (ala DB Hammer) is one performed by emphasizing the reactive component (plyometric) in which you descend fast (overspeed the eccentric) and then as forcefully as possible reverse the yielding action into an overcoming action. Put simply, you drop fast and lift fast, just like a depth jump.
