i know i can squat more cause 355 was easy. i just havent been given the chance to just max out in it cause i always have to do work sets. but im happy with it. on the percentage chart up in our weight room it says my max should be 375 for how much weight im repping. so well see soon.

i did really good this week there. all the guys that came from around the country, like me and my buddies, formoed our own team. (35people) we played against mainly schools from nevada and northern cali. so we were playing high school teams that have been together for a few years, and the guys on my team just met and we wonped on these guys! all of theams excpet for the state runner-ups, the Las Vegas Wildcats. they were a good team.
well after the whole camp was over the defensive back coach, coach verbal, told me that he saw me making pays out there and that hes gonna be wathing me next season. im really excited baout that.
so they times out 40y dash and our pro agility.
the 40 was done on turf and i only ran 4.68.
the pro agiliy was done on grass, and i was wearing turf cleats and i only did 4.56 while sliding around everywhere so i just said forget it and only did one. overall this was a great week.
Yea im either 2nd or 3rd fastest on my team. the best 40 is probably about 4.61 or 4.62. Im 3rd strongest in bench, like 7th in squat, and about 5th in clean. i started lifting seriously the middle-end of my freshman year. but that was bodybuilding only mainly. then the middle of sophmore year is when i started power lifting.

the gassers absolutely killed me. too much conditioning for the first day back. but i know it will help me.
