correction of knees direction

A 14 year boy when sprinting , during the forward swing of the leg his knees tend to go to the outside, losing distance on each stride. His quads is vey well developed and stronger than his hams His handtime is in the region of 11.3 - 11.4 sec.
ANY SUGGESTIONS WHAT TO TRAIN OR STRENGTHEN SO THAT HE SPRINT WITH HIS KNEE STRAIGHT FORWARD.

I would have a look into his Hamstrings/glutes - perhaps overly tight and twisting into the knee? A place to start anyway.
PNF
Foam rolling
acupuncture
TENS
massage

Also remember he is only 14 in the midst of puberty/adolescence and has a lot of growth left before all technicalities straighten themselves out. A solid, balanced program will set him up as a successful adult. Focusing too much on “strengths” and “weaknesses” at age 14 can cause problems when the athlete becomes fully mature.

Thanks for the comments. I will post a photo as well. All i don’t want is that he learned the wrong technique when young and still keep doing it when he is older.
