Cool Down


we have asked about warm-ups etc but warm-down is as just important. what aspects or layout did CF use with you guys? static holds then jog or vis-versa? when was therapy used?

we always did something for a warm down but it depended on the kind of work. Sometimes it would be a simple job from post to post and that was it. Other times it might be a bit more extensive of a warm down as if it was still part of the workout. If it was in the summer or comp season and the speed was tough we might do a very low and easy 6 x 100 meters like tempo but almost shaking not much more.
