Wariner moving up the 200 - 400m list
Wariner’s latest 200m PB of 20.19 moved him into fifth spot on the all-time 200m-400m list based on IAAF scoring tables. The 2004 Olympic and 2005 World 400m champion, who entered the year with a 200m personal best of 20.59, smashed his previous mark of 20.37 run six weeks ago in Arlington, Texas. Wariner, who has run 20.19 and 43.93, trails only Michael Johnson (19.32 and 43.18), Danny Everett (20.08 and 43.81), Tommie Smith (19.83 and 44.64) and Butch Reynolds (20.46 and 43.29) as a combination sprinter.
Does anyone know of any other “combination sprinters” that could be added to this list? If so please do
