At 1:30AM I felt like I wasted the day, so I went for a jog.

5x(5 minutes jog, 1 minute walk).

UFC rounds are 5 minutes long. Championship matches are 5 rounds.

I wasn’t really planning on working out today.

30 minutes Elliptical, with 5 minutes cool down.

and once again, andrea likes to manipulate things in her own way, i honestly have no clue here?. Top notch coach, I wish i was there this morning, and every other saturday for that matter.

I looked at my belly today and was encouraged. Why, you ask? Well, it is because I see so much more fatty tissue that I can get rid of. So, that means when I start training again, I will be in a lower weight division, but super strong. Wohoo.

um, I can’t really remember much of my workout, but I did do 110kg, then 120kg, and then aout 6 attempts at 130kg and a few at 125kg. 120kg is still my pb.

Today I went for a 5 minute on one minute off x 6 jog in the afternoon heat, and then after I got a call to be an extra on BATTLESTAR GALACTICA I decided to go for another jog (around 45 minutes) so I can loose a few pounds by Tuesday when we film.

95kg-Attempt…so close…I should have done 90kg like Guy suggested.

108kg (Personal Best!!)
115kg (Personal Best!!!)

I ended up winning Bronze. I am quite excited as it was my frist competition ever for Olympic Weightlifting.
