Charlie, vancouver long to short


I’ve been following the long to short program from the Vancouver DVD (with some success!), however due to some calf tightness, ive missed around 1 week of the program.

My question is, should I carry on where I left off, or skip the sesions that I missed? I’m not aiming for any specific peak.


How long were you training for before the tightnes? Also can you post what you have been doing?
