Championship weekends

What is the best way would be to recover after running 2 400m on a Saturday and then having to run the final on the Sunday.

Last year when I had on 2 days I would be absolutely beat up for the next day.


Most people would be. the first order of business is to do as little as possible in qualifying. Second, hot/cold showers at least twice. light flushing massage after each round. Sleep with heat rub and aspercream on any sore area covered loosely in plastic wrap
