I was perusing over the cfts and came across a drill called Triplings, noted in the sample microcycle diary for Angela Issajenko. What is this drill and what is it’s application?

You can see many examples of this drill in GPP DVD and many of our other products.

The drill shown in this DVD looks like a confused race walker ( imo )
