What is the better way to breath in sprints ( 100m )
a) Puffed ( + - 60 breaths per minute ) or
b) Breather ( + - 3 or 4 breaths per minute ) ?

Breather ( + - 3 or 4 breaths in a 100m dash )…
well i think we cant put a limit or a specific number of breaths but instead one must put some principles in his mind and just let ur body go…i mean by the principles tht u must put in uur mind tht throughout the 100 m dash u r nt using oxygen for energy at all…besides by breathing there are some muscles taking out of ur energy…i put tht clear in my mind and i guess my body adapts itself to this
personally i think breathing is highly personal for the athlete.take LC who hardly,if not breathes at all compared to mitchell who breathes alot.just make sure that whatever the athlete naturally chooses he/she must be relaxed!
