Box squats or speed squats for explosive strength ?

I want to change my Dynamic effort movement
whats better, a box squat where u brake the eccentric concentric chain or speed full squats ?

whatever happened to olympic movements? they seem pretty “dynamic” to me

I do them also.
squat movement and olympic movement.

(Speed squat 8x3 and clean 6x2)

I’d vote box squats. I don’t see much of a place for speed full squats…I’d do jump squats instead.

Is it a question of better or simply different? How about speed pulls, speed pulls against bands, clean pulls, snatch pulls, drop snatches, front squats, front squats to box, jump squats front and back, etc. :slight_smile:
