Bolt training

Saw this while browsing youtube. A shit load of ab work. Thoughts???

In the section where he uses weights i notice the fast speed at which he moves the bar/weight. I remember charlie (i think) saying there was little value in moving weights quickly since the rate of movement could never match sprinting movements.
interested to know if we are seeing a form of power strength development, whether bolt has a seperate max strength phase.
And as a general question about strength training - do people prefer fast or steady and heavy ?
