Right now I use decline bench with a twist going all the way down. I have read or been told that you should you shouldn’t
twist and you should not go all the way down. Any thoughts.

i heard doing crunches or situps with your feet in a fixed position (ex. doing situps on the decline bench with your feet held under those pads) are bad for your hip flexors and compress your spine.

pilates can be used if the instructor was a former athlete.
I’m going to start using pilates to help with flexibility and core strength, but I am not going to abandon good old fashioned abdominal exercises for extra strength.
I don’t feel that one exercise is enough for abs. Why not do a circuit of abs? For example, on tempo days I do 3 x 100 for 5 different exercises (1500 total). Speed days I will reduce is to 900 abs.
Burping contest are drinking contest. Hurts like hell.
