BEN JOHNSON'S "ROCKET" START

I was watching old film of Ben and noticed his amazing start. Charlie, how did you and Ben develope such a start (both legs pushing at the same time)? How can i incoporate the tech. into my own race? How were his blocks setup? Any information would help. Thanks Charlie.

Search the archives and consider buying the ebook. There has been a LOT of discussion on this topic. The short answer is, don’t try and copy Ben. His start technique was uniqe to him, and to a large degree dependent on his strength (600 lb. squat).
