Think about what you pay for in a kinesology degree and what you actually learn! You know that when you buy the GPP DVD it will totally change your training around!

Just avoid drinking on one weekend!

Wait til you see the photos from this coming weekends event!

Does it cover recovery & renegeration for the athlete, which he/she could apply themself. Or is just complex professional therapist ‘stuff’?

I don’t have access to a therapist, will it still be useful to me?

The point here is to show what can be done by the individual and what must be done when things go wrong. If you stay on top of the training principles (or your coach does), you have a far better chance of staying on top of any issues with self-directed work, but, if you’re already in trouble, you may need professional help.
This project helps you see where the line is drawn. Even if you don’t have access to a therapist, you should want to know what caused the need for it in the first place and therefore what to avoid in training.
This is important information IMO and some people will ‘get it’ and love it, some people won’t. As a matter of interest, a number of people have bought the project and then, as a result, decided to come up here for the same sort of treatment.

the GPP was profitable on an hourly basis??? Have you ever wondered why we’ve been hesitant to put out the SPP project? The GPP DVD took forever to put out and therefore sucked up a huge number of hours.

I’ve procured a good many of the products and have found each to have significantly improved my approach to coaching, as well as, understanding the most simple methods to train. The tone of instructional videos, such as GPP and Jane Project, is both vivid and extensive. There is so much to “squeeze” out of both. In addition, the subsequent conferencing has broadened our spectrum in specific training as well.

Both Vancouver products are excellent. As a matter of fact, I prefer this type of media. The discussions appear informal, though full of key issues and problem solving dialogue that is easy to follow and understand. Again, with each subject discussed, there are micro points that can be realized and further investigated.

Though we don’t have the elite athletes that many here work with, these “tools” have worked for us. And with some imagination and safety, we continue to see marked improvements all the away around.
