ok, so we’ve discussed and agreed that u need a good base BEFORE doing GPP or SPP, what does everyone prescribe as a good base training? currently im going to do this for a week before i start a short gpp to end the season.
4 x 300 @ 48 seconds (thanks to the HSI comment on the previous thread)
charlies tempo prescribed in the dvd, run as quick as the 75 percentile allows me
repeat twice (6 days in total)
this is just to get my base fitness up, and drills and speed runthroughs will be included on the speed days so i dont lose my sprint technique.
how does that sound?
