i played three rugby games in two weeks and now have bad bruising on my calves, front and back, i have another week before my next game and five days till next training session, whats the fastest way to recover / heal the bruising?

from contact, thank goodness not from tearing, that sounds damn painfull:o
Answer - light massage (flushing), followed by ice.
Hot and cold treatment 20mins + 20 mins etc.
