My friend will be in a documentary with asafa. It is being shot down here in miami. They are shooting a documentary about the 100 meters. Asafa will be here on sunday to blow my friend out of the blocks. I can t wait, I will try to get some spy photos of him in action.

I have some awsome slo motion videos tha I am putting on youtube.
Asafa Was a pretty cool dude. He was telling me about a workout he had to do the day before the shoot. 10X200 in flats with 2 min rest at 26 secs.
HE said the first two were easy then it got rough. He was taller than i thought.
The videos that I have show him exploding out of the blocks. It is a front view. It was filmed with a slo mo camera at 2000 frames per sec! I have some videos of him running the 100. The crew recorded him with a running camera. You can see the whole 100 in slo motion. That shit was amazing. My training partner that was also running got some of the same videos as asafa.
He got to meet asafa, get video taped with awesome angles, and get paid! What a day!
what effort/intensity?
This is gold dust. We need some high quality footage so we can do some biomechanical analysis! Those side on shots should give us great footage of positive vertical displacement.

Well done Chris, that’s gotta be worth big rep points. Chris was on 28 before posting these stills and now the videos. C’mon sports fans, give him his dues. 
Looks like a Japanese TV crew are with him. Is he heading over to Japan with them at some stage? They usually want their superheroes live over there. Bet he’s getting paid stupid money by them.
Thx I have some more coming. My boy got paid $550 for 2 days and he is not famous at all. They did a test on his footstrikes, Had him come out of the blocks with special effects and all
the stuff that asafa had and alot more. I am sure asafa got some crazy cash. I should have asked him. They will be sending my boy a copy of the dvd in a few months. I am sure it will be awesome. They also did a interview with stephen francis. He was talking about strengthening the ankles for dorsiflexion. He says it should be second nature, so he trains for that.
He didn’t happen to say he got Charlie’s graphs did he?

Asafa is pretty lean… not ‘big’ atall. TINY hips aswell… notice the anterior pelvic tilt? maybe that’s not the bad guy its made out to be… it should give more leverage for the hams in theory.
