How effective are 3 sets of 8 dumbbell arm swings? I’m thinkin with the right weight they would be good or maybe even running with the dumbells would be better. Any thoughts?
what are db arm swings?
you move your arms like you would if you were running but instead you’re stationary.
this is inefficient at best. there are much better ways to build upper body strength.
My coach last year had us doing circuit training that included plyos, some bodyweight stuff, and then the arm swings. I was wondering if I should incorporate them in my workout program but I guess not. thanks
