My uncle told me that if I focus on pumping my arms back, they would automatically go foreward. Can someone help me a little on arm movement in sprinting?
Should my fingers be totaly relaxed with no tension whatsover? My uncle also told me if tension is present on your face, neck can cut a tenth off your hundered time. He sprinted 10.3 in the 100 and 45.4 in the 400 so I accept what he says, but need to have more opinions. So basically, whatever is not being used, dont place any tension on it?
