Using jumpsoles is better than not doing any training…they will make you faster if you are untrained. However your time would be better spent doing regular sprinting and lifting (focusing on the hip rather than the ankle).
i meant training with them to decrease my times
they wont help, get some track shoe and hit the track and the weightroom, that will lower ur times
