What are the exercises of this approach??
Any high-rep exercise you can think of. CF recommends a great amount of variety. I do russian twists, decline crunches, swiss ball crunches, stability bridges, oblique crunches.

I would go with the GPP DVD first in your case. Then over the next year or so, get them all!
