in the above frames is powell pulling up the foot in the 3rd and 13th frames when the stance foot is contacting slightly in front of the body, or the 4th and 14th frames when the stance foot is in contact under the cog?
or is it happening somewhere in between the 3rd & 4th frame and the 13th & 14th frame?
