analyse this

Dude, can you start your own thread with stupid pictures please, rather than pollute this one?

That’s all right. I understand. You envy me because I look much better at 85 than you at 65, and I have coached many successful pro runners who have won numerous gifts, while you have not.

What a sad world it is.

Yours,

Jim

Hi Sev, I saw the pic before it was deleted and have to agree with KK1.

There is a thread somewhere called whose butt is this, would have been more appropriate.

What has happened to this thread?? Where have the pics for analysis gone? Come on guys lets stick to the topic at hand.

Great hip mobility.Charlie/KitKat - Is this an example of the knees coming towards midline?

Surely. Perfect example I’d say. Really opening up and showing ROM, engaging the glutes etc

Engaging the glutes?..during hip flexion???

hip flexion in one leg=hip extension in the other

Now that I get!

Hey Randy, what he said

I know what I mean even if I can’t always explain it

Are you trying to suggest you are NOT her coach? :stuck_out_tongue:

In terms of change, if all you want to do is win then change nothing - no one else is going to run 10.6s (unless LJF gets her upright running sorted - which is a lot harder to fix than the start). If you want to break the WR then perhaps?

With everything that SAF has to fix, her potential is more than likely in the 10.5’s if she can run that way and be in the low 10.7’s.
