Great pictures kitkat! Especially #1807 & 1814; they transmit a sort of intuitive sense of what sprinting at the highest level is.

(Btw: tremendous hamstrings in #1813.)

I actually like the Cambell-Brown shot, shows the relationship between shoulders and hips and how when you drop/free the shoulders to rotate somewhat towards the central axis (spine) the action activates the hips, so you get the big muscles of the glutes activated and you see that cross-knee sort of image we have in from 1815.

Is there not a lot of internal rotation at the hip there?

Bolt is tired eh! Glad to see he is actually human after that superhuman 9.58 on Sunday. Clearly taking its toll.

He was still looking pretty tired this evening too. He’s got a lot in resereve though so hopefully he can recover through the rounds, not many others have that luxury.

Shaun Crawford just looked awesome in his 1/4, he could run a good bend with Bolt and who knows, if Bolt really struggles to recover anything could happen. A long shot but hey…

Reminds me of Donovan Bailey’s expression after crossing the '96 100m in record time

Shelly-Ann Fraser is a lot cuter, of course

Tired from his German booty at the hotel!

Looks like that start a retired pro running coach used.:stuck_out_tongue:
