nice video. I’ve never been quite aware of rotating my hips to increase a stretch but I do it all the time during a lunge/hip flexor stretch. The “3D stretching” is also very refreshing.

Can stretching be more specific to stretching? I would assume stretching + sprinting would be the simplest. If we stretch while performing certain sprint positions, will our mobility/flexibility during our sprinting improve dramatically? Great topic to discuss
