Almost done with GPP...then what?

I play a field sport, short intense bursts.

I’m finishing up GPP and its been great. I feel a lot smoother on my starts. I did mostly hills and tempo (found out recently I’ve been hitting the tempo a little too fast). I barely did any medball , plyos. Basic gymnastics work in static position holds was my strength work.

I have the Vancouver series and watched it. I don’t think SPP is the next correct move for me. I don’t need to run 100 M fast in my sport, although that would be nice :slight_smile:

So what now? My goals are to increase acceleration and speed in short distances. Do I just repeat the GPP over? I have a feeling a plateau is coming if I don’t change things up a bit. Should I hit plyos and O-lifts for a training block, take out accel work on hills, and keep running tempo?
