What exactly is the basis for the “whole body” training that Kenn employs in each workout? Is this more advantageous than a traditional upper and lower body split? I have heard many of you say that this system is very easy to combine with Charlie’s methods, what is the best way of going about this, tempo on the off days and speed on M and F?

To give a simple response:
Essentually under the tier system, you have 3 lifting workouts, do these on the same days as your sprinting days (not tempo).
If you follow CFTS, you will generally have full bodyworkouts, unless you are in GPP or very early SPP.
