Also I found the answer to my plyos question. However I have a new question!
I read in the GPP thread here that the GPP is mostly spent with hypertrophy weights. If you have an athlete who does not need any hypertrophy but needs a long GPP - he is a beginning sprinter but has upper body weights for quite some time - how do you set up his weight rep/set scheme for upperbody?
(He has a 350lb 1rm bench press at 170lbs bw, and plenty of size in the upper body to go with it, more than sufficient to sprint I would say.)
