-session notes: the steeper concrete incline for this session is one I’ve been using for the past 5 years(off and on), and it is slightly steeper than the ‘snow covered packed gravel steep incline’ i used this past winter. Also, my spouse is now back at work from maternity leave, therefore am carrying my 6month old alot. Id estimate average time carrying baby(19lbs) at anywhere from 3-4hours total, throughout the 8hours which caring for son on own. In addition, my 2year old son is back with us from morning headstart daycare, from 12noon to 4pm(his being carried time limit is capped at 30mins total throughout day). As a result, he still gets carried by me as well, even though he’s 35lbs. Am going to cap limit on sprintsessions to 2x per week from here on out, to avoid ‘smashed femoral heads into hip sockets’.
