Hey. Yesterday we had our second indoor meet and my achilles was bothering me all day. It is sore today but I can walk on it. Does anyone know what I can do about that?
Wait until all soreness goes before running on it again. Achilles injuries take a very long time to recover from, so you don’t want it to develop into something serious.
