week1- 8sets for 3with 77-80%1Rm(high Buffer)
2------- 8x4–80%1Rm
3--------8x5–80% 1Rm
…week idem 1th week but 5-10 lbs more

OR
week 1-4x4 with 75-80% 1RM
2-------6 x4
3-------7-8sets with 80%
week 4-idem week1 but more weigth…
