acceleration over 30 steps

hi,
I’m from the UK and I play cricket.in this sport,we have to run 25-30 steps,then jump in the air and throw the ball.it is vital to achieve constant acceleration during the runup.we start the runup from a standing position.charlie,can you please tell me how to achieve constant acceleration?:help:

If you are happy with your speed, and your run up and bowling action.

Then its easy:

Practice makes permanent.

Use your run up (the ideal one, which you will have measured) and use it all the time, i.e. including during nets.
