Are the abdominals better trained with low reps with heavy weight added, or with high reps and no external resistance?

- Pretend you are Rocky Balboa,
- Get a heavy med ball
And, - Get a friend to beat you around the abdominal region…

If you are using Charlie’s system, high reps with low resistance would be better, as your body will be stressed enough from other high intensity components. As CCardill said, search the forum for more info, or better yet, get the forum review, best $12 you’ll ever spend.
