hey everyone
as im into my summer program to keep fit and to run 10.6/10.7 next year, i have a few problems. I previously posted about my psoas problem but now i have another one. Everytime I do ab exercises, like say 50 situps… after i try to get up… my abs ALWAYS feels like its going to try to cramp up (and sometimes they do). It’s been like this for the longest time and they hurt like hell. Its like, i have a 6 pac and everything, but i seem to have weak abs since i never did ab work in high school and now im a sophomore in college, i think its really getting to me. Im a walk-on to the stanford track program and its important taht i do well next season and so i have to work real hard this summer. Is my problem just because i have weak abs or could it be something bigger than that? Thanks!
