I’m looking to have some 400m athletes run 150s at 400m pace. Does anyone have models for athletes in the 46-48 second range?
I know a 48 second athlete will likely go 23-25 for his 200m splits, but what about 150s? What about 250m splits?

Roughly 17-18 seconds for 150. About 29-30 for 250. Maybe a bit faster or at least at the low end of the range if you’re modeling something closer to 46 than 48. I’ll also add that you might want to hit these slightly faster than race pace, depending on the volume. I assume you would only be doing about 3-4 150s with full recovery. If 250s, probably just two at these speeds.
