400 workout?

Okay, here is the post-workout report. She did 12 reps, skipping a couple of intervals. She quit when too light-headed to do more. Given that she has been training for only a month, I told her she had done fine and had turned a potentially harmful workout into a productive one. BTW, she said a couple of girls did 30 reps. Those must have been girls with unbelievable aerobic bases but, still, holy cow!

The other girls may have been 400-800 girls.Do you know the pr’s of the girls who finished the WO? I have a few who can do WO’s similar to the one you mentioned. Of course they have better 400 pr’s and they have a much stronger aerobic base.

I’d say your girl did about well as can be expected.
