You are probably looking for data comparable to NFL 40-yard and vertical jump tests; I can’t help you with these, but I can give you an idea of what young track athletes do.

For male athletes born in 1988/1989 running 40m between 5.30 seconds and 5.50 seconds would put you in the top 10 of that age category in the Netherlands. If you are female, then these times are 5.90 to 6.30.

As for vertical leaps: I have no data. I can only offer as comparison, that in order to make top-10 in the high jump in the Netherlands for 13- to 14-year olds, you have to jump between 1.65m and 1.75m. (For females this height is between 1.50m and 1.65m)

if you are 14 and getting under 5 in the 40 yard, that is pretty decent. also for your age a decent vertical is around 24-28. neither of those are world class but that is probably a decent standard for “competitive times.”
