3 point start/block start

What is the difference in time from doing a 3 point start and a block start over 20m? Is it .24?

I’m curious too. In a similiar previous post of mine which got no response, I wondered how much quicker on average a block start is than a standing start to, say, 60m? [.2 seconds?] Any people with some experience on a stopwatch for these questions?

I would imagine it to be very dependent on how skilled the person was at each start. I bet there are many football players who would actually be faster out of a 3-point just from the reps they have taken from that position.
