You could even include 30s with the speed endurance. It would help if we knew the exact comp schedule.
my comp schedule is in my plan. At each meet I would be running a 10m and 200m (even if one wasnt scheduled as a special endurance type thing).
so 4x30 starts then say 3x120m is a good session?
and 4x30 4x60 for the other one?
any other ideas?
