Nice to see a canadian running fast in the sprints, too bad tyler didn’t advance in the 400m.

Congrats to JConn.
Bolt looked like he was running tempo, but I guess we’ll just have to take that as a matter of course from here on out.

Bolt man. He’s chillen out there. Simply said.

He will go for WR when the race comes. But now, he’s just out there runnin’ intensive/extensive tempo lol.

A couple of 200m tempo runs, great recovery training

Good for Crawford. My friend who qualifed for U.S. decathalon trails ran for Clemson and was really close to him. The team was cool as hell. Every single athlete cheered for each other. I am pretty sure they still keep in touch with each other. I guess some girl from my high school went down to visit him and tried to hook up with him. And my friend was like do you realize you almost slept with a the fastest man in the world. And the girl was like, “oh really,” but she didn’t seem to really care. And my friend was like do you realize who this guy is. And at this point in the story he would always have an angry look on face. LOL. Pretty funny. I am definently pulling for Crawford.

How much recovery time he has between his 200s? About 3+ hours?

Around 10 hours actually

Wow what a bitch. The dude was basically handing her his babies. Any other girl wouldn’t have mind. I mean, Wilt Chamberlain banged how many? 21,000 girls? And those moms live to tell the tales to their children telling them, “Hey child! You are Wilt Chamberlain’s son/daughter!”

LOL, wow late at night my typing gets really bad. It should say trials…and I threw “a the” in.

Yes she was definently a…Umm Hot though!

Crawford is the man. He raced in Man vs Beast so racing Bolt is no big deal. He has run 19.7 mind you. I think he has the balls to actually go after Bolt and probably doesn’t care that he ran 9.6.

LOL, good point. I like when he yells at carl lewis that the beast jumped the gate. I was laughing so hard I almost fell down. “I want a rematch man.” Carl’s like umm lets wait on the official ruling for that.

That image of Crawford racing the zebra will be forever ingrained in my head.
