I think the tempo work and especially the lactic work is waaaaaay too much, you’ll probably end up vomiting from the lactic acid buildup. I would suggest resting more between repetitions, although intensity would be a very important factor, how hard are you planning on running them 75% intensity or more along 65%
The Lactic workouts itself might not be the problem (if you are going for the 400H).
But to do it the day after SE or Speed (and the next day SE again!) might not be a good idea. And the overall week volume is waaaaaay too much, too:
TUE: 4 x 30m AND 4 x 80m full
THU: SE 3 * ( 3 x 80m) full
FRI: Lactic 5 x 300m
SAT: SE 4x120 full
If that does not kill you the same week - it will over a few weeks time
