150m WR progression?

Does anyone know the official/unofficial 150m WR progression begining with Charlie Paddock’s 16.0 sec (1923) up to Pietro Mennea’s 14.8 sec (1983)?

MJ during 200m WR at 14.83 with .161 reaction
10.12 first 100m

is it possible?
4"71 for 100-150 m and 4"49 with injury for 150-200 m?

the figures i gave are from his 200m wr in atlanta, not the match race at 150m with donavan bailey. besides, MJ didn’t finish the race he stopped at aprox. 80-90m into the race.

yes, his wr in atlanta
in the last part of the race, MJ in atlanta injuried his hams

i wasn’t aware of that, do you know the severty of the injury?

Well, the rumour is he had set his sights on a race 9(?) days later where he was going to demolish the 400 WR, I wouldn’t bet against it either.

…The severity being bad enough that that day never happened and he ran out of youth to try it realistically again.

Cause he was gettin smashed! I’m sorry but thats what it appears to me, I mean just watch the video, once he see’s DB up on his side an passing him MJ just magicly pulls up. I mean have you noticed the way in which he pulled up? It looks completly fake, i’ve never seen anyone pull their hammy and react the way he did. Not trying to start and argument or down the guy, but thats what it appears like to me.

in atlanta MJ pulled (i don’t know the grade) his hams
in the last 50s, he didn’t earn any meters from Frankie
i know this split for this race
5"6, 4"5, 4"5 and 4"7

after that race MJ would demolish WR in 400s but he didn’t compet in any race

thats because he pulled his left quad

Yup. And I’m pretty sure he was already injured from an earlier meet in Eugene where he appeared to struggle though he won there.

he must have been getting a lot of money to run the match race then. otherwise i just don’t see how he would have run let alone Clyde Hart letting him run.

If I remember correctly, they both got $500,000 - with the winner getting another $1,000,000. If I’m wrong, someone please correct me.

Sounds about right.

mj 200 split … 10.20…9.12 home…
not 10.12…9.20…going home… mj…best 100
10.08…so 10.12 is 99% and maintain effort…

nah !!!

Just to keep the thread going I can post some splits on Johan Wissman during a 200m-race (http://www.svt.se/svt/road/Classic/shared/mediacenter/player.jsp?a=873138&d=68859 - lane 4) this summer. He ran 20.39 in +0.3 with these splits:
