If i ran a handheld 150 in 17.5, what time would that give me for 100 and 120m, im just trying to work out the times that should correlate with this time. I am a better 100m runner than 200m. Quik / Cool / CF???
Just do the math…
150 / 15 = 10m blocks
10m block x whatever distance = some sort of time for that distance.
ie
17.5 / 15 = ??
?? x 10 = time for a 100m
except the 150m produces the fastest avg. time for most people, so it will be a bit more than (17.5 / 15) * 10
true, also;
depends on how fast they are for say 60m, and then they “may” slow terrably.
depends on their hand held timing too
depends on even if it is 150!!
depends on if they are in the middle of massive training
depends on wind
depends on the track
depends on ect ect.
The best way, is just to get out there and run a 100, run a 120, or do a few of em.
If you’re a better 100 runner then 200, I’d say 11.6 range.
About 11.5-11.6 and 23.7. Hand times of course.
Use this is it pretty much dead on.
