Dude, it seems as if you jump from program to program without staying consistent with one. Just slow down and relax… It’s almost like you’re thinking a little too much if that’s possible? Not tryin to belittle you or anything, I know you are dedicated and want to be the best; but if it were me, just gotta get back to the basics man. You are still young you don’t need some super advanced program just yet. For one, get your max strength levels up, cuz Im sure you could use that correct? We’re all here to help one another.
i am consistent with my programs i did defrancos westside for skinny bastards for like maybe 2 months…
so what program should i do now…should i still continue defrancos with some twists to it
like add some stuff…
but when i create my own program i dont know what exercises to put other than the core lifts like bench, squat and stuff…i dont know which auxillary lifts to put and all that…
can someone help me out with this please and i know i ask alot but hey its just me
