I’m 18years old 6’ 176# and run the 100m in 10.9 i know its not great but I haven’t been doing any training for sprinting although I’m just starting to now…
I have dreams to make the olympics in 2012 how would I construct a sprint/ strength program to help get me there…
how would I construct the marco and microcycles to work on GPP/ Strength/ power/ speed respectively?
thanks for any help I can get for I’m new to this forum and I’m currently living in a place where there is no sprint coaches and I have been over the last 3 months been training myself.
