start sprint training in a month, building a good strength base first.

speed day- short sprints for acceleration top speed

speed endurance- keep my top speed till longer in the race!

Looks good to me, maybe throw in some SE legs on your spint day, do not forget to get some good stretching in post workouts either…

What age? How many years training background? What racing goals?

The program looks light on running and especially tempos if you’re just starting GPP.

Maybe dig around the forum a bit more and invest in some of Charlie’s products. Looks like it would be time and money well spent.
