100 meter projection

Hey I have a question for anyone.

I just ran against a kid at a university open. He runs for the university and I have followed his progress over the past few years. He is running very well this year (all relative of course) and I was curious what you all might project for his 100 meters this outdoor season based on these indoor times.

55m = 6.39

200m = 21.77

400m = 47.56

10.4-10.6ish but WAY too many variables.

Is this my guy? (kidding) You got the 55 and 200m times right though. We went 10.73 off those times though I blew him up his Sr. year outdoor. I say 10.6x.

10.6-10.7 in my opinion.

Around what squatdr said. cause i’ve seen a guy only go 7.1 i nthe 60m and put down 10.6 easy, so it all depends on how well excells, he might not do that so well.

Heres a projection, if you got a team running a 46.2 400 by 1 relay, one running an 11.68 one running a 11.91 and another running a 11.97, what would be a good approx 100m dash time for the 4th member saying all the exchanges are pretty solid and equal?

I’d go with 10.4-10.6 as well but his 200 time doesn’t match up with his 60 and 400 time. Seems like his 200 time should be 21.30-60.

why are you assuming number… who knows…

dr.squats… u are no match for me !!!

ciao

Low to mid 12’s.

For the HS level the loose formula I use is the sum of the 4 100m times then subtract between 1 - 1.5 - 2 seconds (poor- good -great exchanges).

An 11.5 average is usually in the 44’s and a 12.0 average is in the 46’s.
