i’m a beginner in the 100 m. I’m 22 years old, and it’s my first time on 100 m.
i start to training it this week and i see that i ran:
100 m: 13’
60: 8.1
30: 4.4
I weight 80 kg and i’m tall 1.78. Bf: 12%
now i do this training:
always 800 m + stretching + dinamic stretching and other exercise!
Day 1 (m): 3x2x60 m 6’rest
cool down
DAy 2 (w)$: 3x3x20 (incline) 3’ rest 3x3x30 (plan) 3’ rest
Day 3 (F): 4x 10-20-30 m 3’ rest!
Welcome to the wonderful world of sprinting…Your programme is VERY basic and flawed. It would be a very good idea for you to look around on the site shop for CFTS and the GPP dvd’s - all available on this site. You won’t get many answers to your question here as the answer to your question has many variables and possibilities.
yea mam it’s possible, this is an international site as i’m sure your aware. Just look at the main page and you should be able to find a shop link or somthing to that degree. Checki it out.
